Butcher & Processing Policy
Each order carries a $48.40 Administration Fee. Please note: The more animals you are able to place onto a single cut sheet, the lower your overall processing charge will be.
Beef Basics: Standard Included Cuts
*Actual fat content, marbling, or lack of marbling may affect the fat content in your finished package. Standard trim includes up to 1/2” fat on cuts and a clean 80/20 ground beef grind.

- Short Ribs: All included (~8 packages)
- Brisket: All included (cut into 4 pieces)
